Time: Early July 2026 - End of October 2026. JD-Contractor A/S is replacing the 400kV subsea cable system 2. Works involve surveying, trench cleaning, removal of existing cables, and the installation/protection of new cables and involves a large number of working vessels. Work vessels will operate 24/7 using anchors and spud legs nearshore, and Dynamic Positioning (DP) in the offshore traffic separation zone. Duty personnel are contactable 24/7 via VHF Channel 16. Shipping is requested to show consideration and pass the work area with caution, at a good distance of at least 0.25 nautical miles to any vessel involved with the works. |
